Virpus offers many ways to get in contact with us, however the absolute best method is via help desk. Note that all support inquires MUST be logged within our help desk in order to obtain support.
Virpus Help Desk - For support issues this should be your first stop. As stated above, all support requests must be logged in our help desk. Responses are generally made within 30 minutes. Please note that all support tickets must be logged under your myVirpus.com account.
Knowledgebase - The knowledgebase offers some articles on common questions we receive from our customers.
Client Login area - Manage your billing, services and get direct access to the help desk.
Abuse/DMCA Complaints - Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for a final resolution of an abuse complaint. We manage thousands of IP's so please be patient. We generally will not reply to abuse complaints unless you're asking for an update, but if a ticket is closed, that means it has been handled.
